Receptionist / HR & Admin. Assistant
Responsibilities:
  • Perform receptionist duties, including guest greetings, answering incoming calls and couriers & postage arrangement
  • Perform full spectrum of office administrative duties, including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office supplies, maintenance of office equipment and ordering of stationery and miscellaneous supplies
  • Arrange and coordinate travelling matters of business trips for all levels of staff, including transportation and accommodation
  • Coordinate with outsourced IT service providers including creation of email addresses, server/network access rights and related matters

Finance Controller
Job Description:

The position will shape the role of financial business partnership with CEO & CFO and the senior management team to provide insights on financial performance for decision support, allocation of Group resources efficiently and reasonably and drive strategic priorities to deliver sustainable results

Responsibilities:
  • Primary
  • Business Control and Intelligence
  • Lead the Group’s strategy and budget planning exercise, implement strategic and financial KPIs of the group, progress tracking and summary scorecards. Working closely together with various divisions and functional teams across the Group.
  • To perform detailed review and analysis of group and entity level results that serve to support business, operational and strategic decisions;
  • Provide recommendation in revenue and profit optimization and cost control, formulate an appropriate goal and implement it fully with the business units;

  • Provide sound technical advice on finance related matters e.g. business performance reporting, cashflow and working capital management, tax and transfer pricing;

  • Previous experience in licensing and entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Solid financial management experience in business performance evaluation, financial planning, management and control.
  • Strong technical accounting and familiar with listing rules, Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal and government regulations and practices.
  • Experience in Asia Pacific is highly preferred; Greater China experience will also consider.
  • Able to supervise the handling of full set of accounts, consolidation and develop accounting system.
  • High level of responsibility, cultural sensitivity, influencing, negotiation and communication skills, as well as genuine interests in understanding the issues of the Group’s business operation in various countries will be critical.
  • Possess strong corporate presence and unquestionable integrity/creditability, be a strong communicator/influencer with both internal and external stakeholders.
