Manager - Compliance (Hong Kong)
Responsibilities:
  • Initiates, develops, maintains and revised policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program of the Group to comply with listing rules, regulatory requirements and prevent illegal, unethical and improper conduct;
  • Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk for the Group; - Develop/ implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues;
  • Consults with company lawyers and compliance advisor as needed to resolve and follow through on compliance issues;
  • Acts as an independent review and evaluation person to ensure that compliance issues/ concerns within the Group are being appropriately valuated, investigated and resolved;
  • Provides reports on a regular basis and as directed or requested, to keep the Board and Senior Management informed of the operation and progress of the Compliance Program;
  • Ensures proper reporting to regulators and duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate; - Establishes effective communication of the Compliance Program within and outside of the Group;

Requirement:
